I normally try to attend at least one or two concerts a year, but i try to make sure that they are stacked up with just great bands that will leave me feeling like my money was well spent.
I found one such concert today, scheduled for May 6th.
This is apart of the Gigantour, which will feature Megadeth, Job for a Cowboy, In Flames, Children of Bodom, and High on Fire.
I know that means nothing to you gentlemen, however it leaves me in great bewilderment.
In Flames is my favorite live band ever, for many reasons, the #1 of which being that they actually interact with the crowd. Megadeth is...well, Megadeth. JFAC, is incredible. They are incredibly talented young musicians who are great composers (i know, you all disagree), and aggressive musicians as well.
Children of Bodom is one of those weird bands...progressive/death/crack whorish type metal. they're not bad though.
High on fire...whatever.
But still, IN FLAMES IS PLAYING.
THEY ARE AMAZING! I would give one if not both of my kidneys to see them again.
But alas, the concert is in the middle of the week, and I cannot attend.
