Summer thus Far.

Today is June 4th, 2008.

First item to discuss, Happy Birthday (yesterday) Nate! Hopefully you had a glorious celebration filled with....whatever it is that you enjoy.

So far this summer, I have managed to unpack, donate a ridiculous amount of clothing to Goodwill/Vietnam Vets/American Cancer Society, Workout, and Volunteer at my church.

All in all....I feel like I have accomplished nothing. Which in truth...is probably correct. My room is still a clusterfuck, there is clothing all over my house, still a TV sitting on my couch, and there is about 500 lbs of Mulch left to be spread out at my church. However, one thing I have done, is work.

Oh yes, work. That glorious past time that we all know and love so well. Those of you who talked to me at the end of the year know that I was going to be working for my father as a painter. So far, I have managed to avoid doing that. (tomorrow I start that however). Thus far, I have been working in the warehouse here at AAT Sales (we distribute cooking type stuff, ie. freezers, deep fryers, etc...) I take a little time now to discuss all my duties.

1- Answer phones (yes, I have to be polite and talk to people.)
2- UPS (I recieve all UPS packages, and ship out stuff too. like yesterday...18 packages totalling somewhere around 350 lbs.)
3- Forklift (Of course! How could I work in a warehouse without driving the forklift?)

The company I work for is incredibly small, so for the past three days, including me, there have been 4 people in the building. Its fairly entertaining, what with me playing monkey man in the warehouse, paging people who don't work here on the intercom, and driving the forklift outside and around the building. "I'm not fucking around, I'm qualifying".

However I will bring up the one thing that has managed to bring down this whole little trip. I've reorganized this WHOLE WAREHOUSE, 3TIMES NOW. It is Wednesday. Yes, I have moved the ENTIRE contents of the warehouse, EVERYDAY this week.

I kinda want it to be time for school. is that bad?
