Christmas Tiiiiiime is Heeeeeeere...

God the beginning of that cartoon annoyed me. The voices just... aaaagh. ANYWAY.

Everyone does different things for Christmas. What's everyone's story?

We always do today (Christmas Eve) at my grandparent's house in Plainfield. We do gifts with them and my uncle (which should be interesting, because he's recently divorced and is bringing his new girlfriend), and his son. We have dinner, go to the midnight church service, and then go home and quickly put ourselves to sleep so that Santa can come.

Christmas is the best day ever. It's at our house, we do gifts and such in the late morning, and proceed to have a rest of the day filled with fun, family, and Christmas cheer.

Also, turkey is the best dinner meat ever if you do it on a charcoal grill. Anyone who has anything else is not only ignorant, they insult the infant Christ himself.

My Christmas is decidedly more tame than yours. I'm playing at church services this afternoon from 1:30-6:30, and then we're having a feast of cornish hens. We may or may not go to a midnight mass, and then will go to sleep. Christmas is a lot like you described, although I might go see a movie that evening. Last year Casino Royale was seen Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day...
